To protect your investment and maintain the highest quality standards, we offer a strict, transparent Lead Replacement Guarantee and a Performance Refund Policy.

🛡️ 1. The Lead Replacement Guarantee
Even with our strict dual-verification process (AI + Human check), we know that the real estate market is dynamic. If a lead slips through our filters and proves to be completely invalid, we will replace it at no extra cost to your monthly quota.
✔️ Valid Reasons for Lead Replacement
You are eligible to request a replacement lead if the provided contact meets any of the following criteria:
- Invalid Contact Details: The phone number is disconnected, does not exist on WhatsApp, or the email bounces immediately.
- B2B / Job Seekers: The lead is actually another real estate agent, broker, marketing agency, or someone looking for employment rather than buying property.
- Fake Lead / Zero Intent: The contact is undeniably fake or explicitly states they never registered on GoTurkey.Estate and have zero interest in purchasing property.
❌ Invalid Reasons for Replacement
We guarantee the validity and intent of the lead at the time of delivery, but we cannot guarantee the final sale. A lead will not be replaced if:
- The “6-Hour Rule” Was Missed: You failed to contact the lead within the first 6–12 hours of receiving the notification, causing the lead to go cold.
- Ghosting After Initial Contact: The lead reads your WhatsApp messages or speaks to you once, but stops responding later. (This is a normal part of the sales funnel).
- Change of Mind or Budget: The investor decides to delay their purchase, buy in another country, or shifts their budget lower during your consultation.
- Speak in a language other than English or Turkish: Many investors may speak other languages, such as Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Urdu, French, German, or Persian. Our plans do not guarantee leads only in English or Turkish.
💳 2. Subscription & Refund Terms
GoTurkey.Estate operates on a transparent, month-to-month (or discounted annual) subscription model.
- The 60-Day Performance Guarantee (50% Refund): We stand behind the quality of our investor leads. If you maintain an active subscription for 60 consecutive days and do not close a single deal from the leads we provided, we will refund 50% of your last subscription payment. (Note: To qualify for this refund, you must demonstrate active engagement by logging all required activities, follow-ups, and adherence to the “6-Hour Rule” for every lead within your GoTurkey CRM).
- General Billing: Outside of the 60-Day Performance Guarantee, active subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable, as leads are generated and distributed in real-time. If you cancel halfway through a billing cycle, you will retain access to your CRM and your remaining lead quota until the end of that billing period.
- No Lock-In Contracts: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard. Once canceled, you will not be billed for the following cycle.
- Account Pausing: If you are overwhelmed with clients, you can open a support ticket to “Pause” your lead distribution for up to 30 days without losing your subscription tier.
📝 3. How to Submit a Replacement Request
To maintain quality control and prevent fraud, all replacement requests must be logged meticulously within your CRM.
- Log in to your GoTurkey CRM.
- Locate the specific lead in your dashboard.
- Navigate to the Activity section of that lead.
- Insert a new record stating the exact issue (e.g., “Fake lead,” “Request for job,” or “Disconnected number”) along with a brief description.
- For Non-Responsive Leads: If a lead is not answering, you must attempt to contact them at least 3 times. You must insert a record in the Activity section for all three attempts, including your feedback for each try, before our team will review the replacement request.
All replacement requests must be logged within 7 days of the lead being delivered to your CRM.

Approved Replacements
- Invalid or disconnected phone number.
- Lead is an agent, marketer, or job seeker.
- Fake lead / denies inquiry entirely.
Denied Replacements
- Contacted after the 6-hour window.
- Lead stopped replying after initial chat.
- Lead changed their budget or mind later.
- Lead speaks a language other than English/Turkish.
Submit your request with Activity Log feedback directly inside your GoTurkey CRM within 7 days.
