Welcome to GoTurkey.Estate. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, subscribing to our services, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
2. Services Provided
GoTurkey.Estate offers a PropTech portal for premium and off-plan projects in the Republic of Türkiye, providing users with access to international investor leads, market analytics, and subscription-based services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services to remain compliant with evolving Turkish regulations.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information as per your Turkish ID (TC Kimlik), Passport, or Residence Permit (İkametgah).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) guidelines or Turkish professional real estate standards.
4. Broker Eligibility & Licensing (TTBS)
In accordance with the Turkish Real Estate Trade Regulation (Taşınmaz Ticareti Hakkında Yönetmelik):
- License Requirement: All brokers operating within Türkiye must possess a valid Real Estate Trade Authorization Certificate (Taşınmaz Ticareti Yetki Belgesi – TTBS) issued by the Ministry of Trade.
- International Brokers: Non-resident brokers targeting the Turkish market must comply with Turkish foreign investment regulations and pass our internal verification process.
- Approval: GoTurkey.Estate reserves the sole right to reject any application that does not meet the legal and ethical standards of the Turkish real estate sector.
5. Subscription & Lead Fulfillment Guarantee
- Service Fees: Subscription fees are as stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Fees are primarily denominated in US Dollars (USD) and/or Turkish Lira (TRY).
- Lead Quality: Unresponsive leads (no reply after 3 documented attempts) or incorrect details will be replaced in the next lead batch.
- 6-Hour Rule: First contact must be made within 6 hours of delivery via our CRM to remain eligible for any refund or replacement consideration.
- Fulfillment Threshold: We guarantee a minimum monthly lead fulfillment rate of 80% of the volume specified in your chosen tier. If we fail to meet this, you may choose a proportional partial refund or additional replacement leads.
6. CRM & Follow-Up Mandatory Protocols
To ensure transparency under Turkish consumer protection standards, all brokers must follow the Broker Activity Tracking Guide:
- Minimum Engagement: Agents must actively follow up for at least 60 consecutive days.
- Mandatory Logging: Every interaction (Call, WhatsApp, Email) must be logged in real-time in the GoTurkey.Estate CRM. Failure to log interactions results in automatic ineligibility for refunds or lead replacements.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: May be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial months already paid.
- Yearly Subscriptions: * Cancellation within 30 days: Eligible for a partial refund minus a two-month usage fee at the standard monthly rate.
- Cancellation after 30 days: No refunds are provided for the remaining term due to the heavy annual discount applied.
8. Privacy & Data Protection (KVKK)
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which strictly meets the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu). We implement “Privacy by Design” to protect investor data from unauthorized access.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Türkiye.
- Arbitration & Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim shall be settled by the authorized courts and execution offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, or optionally through arbitration administered by the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).
10. No Guarantee of Sales
GoTurkey.Estate provides marketing and lead generation services but does not guarantee property sales, successful closings, Citizenship approvals, or specific financial outcomes.
