Important: Currency & Region Details
- International Processing: Our payments are handled through global gateways (Wise & PayPal) to ensure compliance with international real estate transactions.
- USD vs. TRY: While we display equivalent prices in TRY, most international cards process most reliably in USD.
- VAT/KDV: Our listed prices for international brokers are net. Ensure your card is authorized for international E-commerce.
Option 1: Pay via Wise (Recommended for TRY/EUR)
Wise is the fastest way to pay using local bank transfers or debit cards with low conversion fees.
- Step 1: Select “Pay via Wise” in the checkout.
- Step 2: Use “Wise-to-Wise” for instant activation if you have a Wise balance.
- Step 3: If paying via Credit/Debit card on the Wise portal, verify the 3D Secure SMS from your bank.
Option 2: PayPal, Credit Card, or Apple Pay (USD Gateway)
Use this method if your Wise payment is declined or you prefer the protection of PayPal.
- High Success Rate: Our USD gateway bypasses most local Turkish bank filters that occasionally block Wise transfers.
- No Account Needed: Select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to check out as a guest without a PayPal account.
- Apple Pay: Supported on mobile devices for 1-tap secure checkout.
⚠️ Common Issue: Transaction Declined
If your transaction is blocked, it is often due to “International Spending Limits” or “3D Secure” settings within your banking app.
Solution: Check your bank’s mobile app to ensure “International/Online Shopping” is enabled. If Wise continues to fail, use the PayPal/Card option (Option 2) as it uses a different processing route.
Alternative: Swift / International Bank Transfer
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days depending on the intermediary bank.
- Manual Activation: Once funds arrive, our billing team will manually unlock your Lead Batch.
- Reference: You MUST include your “GTE” reference code (found on your invoice) in the transfer description.
